Video for Non-Profits

Our heart at The About Co. is to tell stories that matter and create impact. We truly love to work with and create video content for non-profits to help further their mission.

Kingdom Builders is a non-profit in Saginaw, Michigan. We worked with them to create a video that showcases what they are about in order to raise funds for their efforts. They are a unique ministry in Saginaw, MI that works with previously incarcerated young men. They come along side them to teach employable skills and offer opportunity that a felon might have a hard time coming by.  Kingdom builders teaches construction skills by buying and renovating abandoned houses in Saginaw. They also are revitalizing neighborhoods by purchasing abandoned lots, clearing them and turning them into apple and pear orchards. One of their other main staples that compliments the orchids very well is bee-keeping and honey. They have bee colonies at all of the orchards to help fertilize the trees, and they collect the honey and bottle it to sell in local markets.

The main goal for creating this film was to explain what Kingdom Builders does. They needed a video to take to local organizations to raise money for their mission.
